Our Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the mesh work we do. Bug screens and slider rescreens are covered by our 30-day incidental policy — if the mesh isn't seated correctly or pops out shortly after we leave, give us a call and we'll come back and take care of it at no charge.

For solar screen mesh, we use Twitchell, which carries its own manufacturer warranty on the mesh material itself. Bug and pet screens use Phifer fiberglass mesh, which does not carry a manufacturer mesh warranty.

  • ✓ Mesh that pops out or isn't seated correctly after install
  • ✓ Solar mesh defects covered by Twitchell manufacturer warranty

Not Covered ✗

Damage caused after installation is complete

  • ✗ Pet damage — clawing, chewing, or pushing through mesh
  • ✗ Storm damage or wind-related frame damage
  • ✗ Screens removed and reinstalled by someone else
  • ✗ Normal wear and fading over time

We understand accidents happen. Our 30-day incidental coverage on bug screen mesh and slider rescreens is our way of making sure you feel good about the job. If something doesn't look right in the first 30 days, just give us a call — we'll figure it out together.

Twitchell's manufacturer warranty applies specifically to their solar screen mesh products, which we use for all solar screen installations. Bug and pet screens use Phifer mesh, which we back with our own 30-day workmanship guarantee.

No. Our guarantee covers installation workmanship only. Damage caused after installation — including pet clawing, punctures, storm damage, or removal by a third party — is not covered. We're happy to schedule a paid repair visit for any of these situations.
