Built for Dogs, Cats & Everything In Between

Standard fiberglass mesh is no match for a determined cat or a large dog — it tears, sags, and pops out of the frame. Our pet screens use heavy-duty vinyl-coated polyester mesh that is approximately 7 times stronger than standard mesh. It flexes when pushed or clawed, absorbing the impact rather than tearing.

For pets that push hard or pry at the bottom of screens, we also offer pet grilles — a rigid aluminum bar grid in the lower section that provides a physical barrier while the upper mesh area remains open for airflow and visibility.

If your existing aluminum frames are in good condition, we can rescreen them on site with pet-resistant mesh. Most jobs are completed the same day — no need to leave your windows unprotected overnight.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our pet screens are made of vinyl-coated polyester which is 7x stronger than standard mesh. It is specifically designed to resist clawing and scratching from both cats and dogs.

Pet screens use reinforced vinyl-coated polyester mesh that flexes and absorbs pet impact. Pet grilles add a rigid aluminum bar grid to the lower section of the screen, providing a physical barrier at the level where pets most commonly push or pry. Both options allow airflow; the grille is better suited for larger or more persistent animals.

Yes. If your existing aluminum frames are in good condition, we can rescreen them with pet-resistant mesh on site. This is typically more affordable than full frame replacement and most jobs are completed the same day.

Yes. Pet screen mesh has a slightly larger weave than standard fiberglass mesh to accommodate the thicker vinyl-coated fibers. This means airflow is actually comparable to or slightly better than standard bug screen. Pet grilles, in the lower rigid section, do restrict airflow somewhat, but the upper mesh area remains fully open.
